Spam Filtering

One of the common approaches to dealing with unwanted email, or "spam" is to filter emails to look for suspicious characteristics and mark them as spam or move them into a spam folder so you can check them later to make sure they have been correctly diagnosed as spam, and if so, delete them. Here are instructions on how to set up your email in our webmail and in Microsoft Outlook so that messages automatically marked as spam are moved out of your inbox and into a spam folder, so you don't have to sort through them every time you check your mail.

Note: This is all specific to Page Progressive. Our spam filter renames the subject of suspected spam emails to *****SPAM***** so that you can easily identify it as spam. The spam filter will most likely not catch 100% of your spam and may sometimes misidentify a legitimate email as spam, so it's important to check your spam folder periodically.
